We act as a finance broker, arranging credit and asset finance from a panel of lenders. We are not a lender and we do not provide financial product, tax or legal advice.

We collect personal and, where relevant, business information so we can assess your requirements and arrange finance. This may include identification, income and expense information, credit information and details of the asset being financed.

We disclose your information to lenders, insurers, referrers you have authorised, credit reporting bodies and service providers who help us assess and submit your application. We only use it for the purpose you gave it to us, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@finsterlfinance.com.au.

An initial conversation does not require an application to a lender. A credit enquiry is generally recorded on your credit file when an application is submitted for a credit decision. We will tell you before that step happens.

We may receive commission from lenders and, in some cases, charge a broker fee. Where a fee applies, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you proceed, along with how it is calculated.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), our external dispute resolution scheme. Our AFCA membership number is 116347.

All finance is subject to lender assessment, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions. Rates and fees depend on individual circumstances.

Funding options are subject to the asset, supplier, applicant and individual lender policy.
